How We Work
Queen's Cottage Foundation
Queen’s Cottage enlist of the participation of staff and beneficiaries in designing and execution of programmes, in order to draw the local context knowledge from beneficiaries and provide an opportunity for staff members to feel included.
Participation of various stakeholders will be
drawn to enrich the work of the organisation while all involved feel included
and appreciated. This approach is also
aimed at working towards the sustainability and replication of the desired
change in all the communities targeted.
We work in partnership with other like-minded
organisations and individuals. Some
offer full sponsorship of tuition for the vulnerable, while others give one-off
or contribute from time to time, depending on their ability.
